A. Scott Hubbard is a native of Brentwood, Tennessee and attended David Lipscomb from first grade through high school, graduating in 1985. After spending two and a half years at Tennessee Technological University, he returned to David Lipscomb and graduated in 1990 with a degree in Speech Communication. After graduating from the Nashville School of Law in 1996, Scott practiced in the areas of real estate and criminal law until 1998 when he began concentrating full time on real estate. In October of 2003, he and Jack McCann formed McCann & Hubbard and concentrated their practice in the areas of residential and commercial real estate, contract law, business law and estate planning. Scott has been married to Leanne for over 15 years and they have three children. He and his family attend Harpeth Hills Church of Christ in Brentwood and he is on the board of Against the Grain, a ministry located in Franklin that serves single mothers in poverty. He enjoys spending his free time attending his children’s athletic events, boating, water skiing, dirt bike riding and hunting.
